Job Description
FORT KNOX OUTSOURCING is seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will enhance employee engagement, support recruitment processes, and manage employee relations.
Your responsibilities include researching employee trends, designing recruiting strategies, assisting in performance management, and analyzing HR metrics. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a tech environment are required.
The salary ranges from N600,00 to N700,00 gross monthly. Good communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency are essential.
