Job Description

About the Role:

Aguila Imperial Consulting is seeking a diligent and proactive Assistant Facility Officer. In this role, you will assist the Facility Officer in ensuring smooth operations of managed properties primarily during night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain buildings and equipment.
  • Conduct night inspections of facilities.
  • Supervise night cleaners and security staff.
  • Report maintenance needs promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate night shift logs and reports.

Requirements:

  • SSCE holder; teachable and trainable.
  • No experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Available for regular night shifts.
  • Preferred residence in Ketu Mile 12 Axis or nearby.
