Job Description
Kennedia Consulting is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of ₦300,00.00 per month.
Your key responsibilities will include handling recruitment and onboarding, tracking employees’ leave and attendance, processing salaries, and defining workplace policies. You will also be involved in organizational planning, performance management powered by HR analytics, training and development, and creating an engaging work culture.
Additionally, you will manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, oversee employee benefits, perform succession planning, and ensure a safe work environment.
Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)

- Minimum Age of 18 Years
