Job Description
MacTay Consulting is seeking a proactive and disciplined Supermarket Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store in Ilupeju. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail supervision, excellent leadership abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include supervising day-to-day operations, enforcing store policies, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards, and conducting staff appraisals. Applicants should hold a minimum OND/HND/BSc degree in Business Administration or Retail Management, and possess 2-4 years of relevant experience.
The salary for this role is N150,00 monthly.
