Located in Victoria Island, Lagos, this full-time role involves overseeing daily front office operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest and member experience.
Key responsibilities include supervising front desk staff, managing VIP-standard check-in/check-out services, coordinating bookings, and handling guest feedback. Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Business Administration, have 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a similar role, and possess strong leadership and customer service skills.
