Job Description
Quest Employment Limited is seeking an Assistant Supermarket Manager for our client, a leading supermarket in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
Responsibilities: Meet sales targets; ensure customer satisfaction; propose innovative ideas; conduct appraisals; oversee operations; develop strategies.
Requirements: BSc or HND in Business Administration; 3+ years in retail management; supermarket management experience; strong communication skills.
Benefits: Monthly salary: N200,00 – N300,00; Pension, HMO, feeding, sales commission, and a 13th month bonus.
