Location: Ijebu Ode, Shagamu, RCCG
Adron Homes and Properties Limited is seeking a Human Resource Manager responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, staff administration, and salary management in the assigned region. This role ensures compliance with company policies, drives achievement of regional recruitment goals, and supports employee management to enhance productivity and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities: Lead recruitment activities, develop and implement strategies, oversee staff administration, and supervise salary processes.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field, 3-5 years of HR experience, strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of labor laws, and high integrity.
Salary: ₦200,00 per month
