Job Description
Bay Creative Technologies and Services is seeking an experienced Accountant Manager to oversee daily accounting operations and lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing both hands-on accounting tasks and leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Develop accounting policies.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Excel.
