Lorache Consulting is seeking a culinary enthusiast to join our team as a Continental Chef. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Executive Chef and kitchen staff to create a variety of delicious meals that meet international standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a designated section of the kitchen efficiently.
- Prepare, cook, and present quality dishes according to the menu.
- Maintain food quality, monitor inventory, and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in menu development with the Head Chef.
Requirements:
- Culinary Degree or relevant certification preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen.
- Strong culinary knowledge and HACCP certification required.
