Ascentech Services Ltd is seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to independently manage all aspects of facility operations.
- Conduct regular inspections for maintenance and safety.
- Coordinate repairs and improvement works.
- Sourcing suppliers and gathering quotes.
- Recommend facility improvements and ensure execution.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams.
- Prepare reports and updates for management.
Job Type: Full-time. Previous experience in facility management is required.
