Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Estate Surveyor & Valuer to lead property valuation, due diligence, and asset management for residential and commercial portfolios. You will prepare valuation reports, advise on market trends, and coordinate with stakeholders.
Requirements: degree in Real Estate or Surveying, 5+ years’ valuation experience, RICS or equivalent accreditation preferred, strong analytical, negotiation, and report-writing skills. Proficiency in valuation software and Excel required.
