Job Description
As an Impact & Data Associate, you will support monitoring, evaluation, and learning by collecting, analyzing, and visualizing program data to measure outcomes and inform decisions. You will maintain databases, produce regular reports, and help design M&E tools and surveys.
You will collaborate with program teams to ensure data quality and translate findings into clear recommendations. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or M&E, proficiency in Excel and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau), basic statistics skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication. Degree in social sciences, statistics, or related field preferred.
