Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Impact and Data Manager to support monitoring and evaluation, data management, and impact measurement across programs. The role assists in designing M&E tools, collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, maintaining databases, preparing reports, and ensuring data quality and compliance.
Requires a bachelor’s degree in social sciences, statistics, data science, or a related field; 1–3 years of M&E or data experience; proficiency with Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools; strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.
