Job Description
We are seeking a Tele Verification Officer to conduct phone-based identity and document verification, confirm applicant information, and record findings accurately. You will contact clients, verify employment and reference details, flag discrepancies, and update verification systems while following compliance and privacy standards.
Required: high school diploma, strong verbal communication, attention to detail, basic computer skills, and 1+ year in call center or verification roles. Able to handle confidential data and work independently. Training provided.
