Job Description
Workinnigeria seeks a Customer Support Executive for our luxury fashion retail team in Abuja. Full-time, permanent role paying ₦200,00/month. You will respond promptly via phone, email, live chat and social media, provide accurate product and policy information, resolve complaints with empathy, document interactions in CRM, escalate complex issues, and support onboarding. Requirements: bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2–3 years customer-facing experience, excellent written and verbal communication, strong problem-solving, CRM proficiency, and solid organization. Preferred: experience in fast-paced environments and familiarity with customer service best practices. Meet targets for response time, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics.
