Job Description
We are hiring an Account Assistant to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks. Responsibilities include processing invoices, reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with month-end close. The ideal candidate has an associate degree or diploma in accounting, 1+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience, familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar), strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and good communication.
