Job Description
Lead enterprise security strategy, risk management, and incident response to protect people, assets, and data. Develop security policies, oversee physical and cyber programs, conduct threat assessments, manage budgets, and coordinate with executives and partners. Build and mentor a security team, ensure compliance, and promote security awareness. Requirements: bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), 10+ years in security leadership, expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, incident response, physical security, plus strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning; certifications (CISSP, CISM, CPP) a plus.
