Job Description
As a Kitchen Assistant you will support cooks and chefs by preparing ingredients, washing and chopping vegetables, portioning, plating, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen. Responsibilities include dishwashing, basic food prep, stocking supplies, following food safety and sanitation guidelines, and assisting during service in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are punctual, physically fit to stand and lift, team-oriented, and able to follow instructions. Prior kitchen or food-handling experience and food safety certification are a plus. Flexible availability including weekends and evenings may be required.
