Job Description

We are seeking a Regional Manager, Education to lead and grow educational programs across the region. You will manage partnerships, oversee curriculum implementation, coach school leaders, analyze performance data, and drive enrollment and quality targets. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of education management or regional operations experience, strong leadership and communication skills, data-driven decision-making ability, and willingness to travel. Degree in Education, Business, or related field preferred. Proven track record in team development, stakeholder engagement, and meeting KPIs required.
