Job Description
The Operational Standards & QHSE Manager ensures safe, compliant, and efficient operations by leading Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental programs and maintaining operational standards across sites.
Responsibilities include developing and enforcing HSE policies, conducting risk assessments and audits, leading incident investigations, training staff, and coordinating continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, 7+ years in QHSE/operations, certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 9001/45001), strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.
