Job Description
Lead daily operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistent service, quality, and profitability. Hire, train, and mentor managers and staff; implement standards, inventory control, and cost management. Analyze sales and P&L reports, set targets, and drive local marketing and guest satisfaction. Require 5+ years restaurant management, with multi-unit experience preferred, strong leadership, budgeting, and excellent communication skills.
