Job Description
Resoc Properties is seeking a reliable and professional Security Officer to protect our properties, staff, tenants, and visitors. The Security Officer will maintain a safe and secure environment, monitor access, respond to incidents, and enforce security protocols across all assigned properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to prevent theft, vandalism, and safety hazards.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or suspicious activity.
- Maintain daily security logs and report incidents
- Assist tenants, visitors, and contractors with inquiries and guidance.
- Ensure property assets, equipment, and facilities are secure.
- Maintain compliance with company security policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum SSCE / OND or equivalent
- Previous experience as a security officer, estate guard, or facility security preferred.
- Excellent observation and communication skills.
- Ability to remain alert and respond calmly during emergencies.
- Professional, reliable, and disciplined with a high level of integrity.
