Front Desk Officer / Receptionist – Resoc Properties

Job Description
Resoc Properties is looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, ensure smooth operations at the front desk, and maintain a positive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and tenants in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls and emails to relevant staff members.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper identification and security protocols.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, booking meetings, and data entry.
- Coordinate with security personnel to ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the company and its services.
- Assist management with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.
Requirements
- Minimum SSCE / OND or equivalent
- Previous experience in front desk, reception, or customer service roles preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with office software and basic administrative systems.
