Job Description
We are looking for a young, creative and confident person to join our beauty care business as a Social Media Content Creator. The ideal candidate should be able to understand our brand, present our products in a warm and engaging way, grow our online presence, loves creating content, and enjoys telling real stories that people can relate to.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating reels, taking photos and videos using phone and editing apps, trying new ideas, and keeping up with what is happening online. We want someone who is organised, reliable and able to work without constant supervision.
What we are looking for:
Skills & Competencies
- Minimum of an ND qualification. Must reside in Lagos.
- Strong communication skills- both written and verbal.
- Passion for beauty and trend-driven content.
- Solid understanding and experience in managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
- Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, and other mobile editing tools, with the ability to film and edit content independently using a smartphone.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and how to apply insights to drive page growth.
- A creative eye for aesthetics, colour coordination, and brand alignment.
- Ability to create fresh and engaging content that feels natural and not forced.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and receive feedback positively.
