Job Description

Job title:Credit Loan Officer

Location: Plymouth Road, Benin City

Job Description:

The Credit Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, assessing clients’ creditworthiness, and ensuring proper documentation for loan processing. This role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and customer–relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to prospective clients and explain available loan products
• Assess loan applications and verify customer information
• Conduct background checks and evaluate creditworthiness
• Prepare and submit loan files for approval
• Follow up with borrowers on repayments and overdue accounts
• Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions
• Support clients with repayment plans and financial guidance
• Ensure compliance with company lending policies

Requirements:

• OND/HND/BSc in any related field
• Basic knowledge of loan processing and credit management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and documentation skills
• Must be organized and customer-service oriented

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Salary: ₦80,00 – ₦90,00
