Job Description
We are hiring a Business Expansion Strategist to support the CEO in identifying and developing new business opportunities. This role is responsible for analyzing markets, assessing business ideas, and guiding the development of new business lines. The strategist will work directly with leadership to evaluate opportunities, create feasibility assessments, and support early-stage execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CEO to assess, prioritize, and develop new business verticals.
- Conduct market research to identify viable opportunities and emerging trends.
- Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and strategic rollout plans.
- Provide recommendations based on data, market insights, and operational feasibility.
- Monitor competitor activities and evaluate the viability of new ventures.
- Support new business launches by coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide strategic insights to guide decision-making at the leadership level.
Requirements
- Must live within Ajah, Ajiwe, or surrounding areas.
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in business development, strategy, consulting, or venture building.
- Experience launching or managing new business lines is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Ability to present clear, data-backed recommendations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience supporting CEOs, founders, or senior leadership is preferred.
