Job Description
Join Cynard Eye Clinic as a Front Desk Officer in Port Harcourt. You will welcome patients, manage registrations, explain insurance/HMO coverage, update the clinic portal, answer phones with proper etiquette, prepare bills and process payments, and provide appointment and eyewear care information. Candidates must hold an HND/B.Sc. in a health or science field, completed NYSC, and have 1–2 years’ experience. Strong communication, customer service, organizational skills, and proficiency with Healthcare Management Systems and Microsoft Office are required. Full-time; pay ₦50,00–₦70,00/month. Applicants should live near Mgbuoba, NTA Road, Obirikwere, Odili Road, Woji, or Elelenwo (Port Harcourt).
