Job Description
House of Maufechi seeks a full-time Women’s Fashion Manager to lead brand strategy, product selection, merchandising, and marketing. You will analyze trends and customer preferences, collaborate with designers and suppliers, manage buying and inventory, and drive sales through promotions. Responsibilities include training sales associates, monitoring sales and budgets to ensure profitability, building industry relationships, and staying current on competitor activity. The role demands strong leadership, communication, analytical skills, and business acumen in a fast-paced retail environment. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₦100,00.00 – ₦120,00.00 per month.
