Job Description
Manage our property portfolio, acquisitions, leasing, maintenance, and vendor relations. Develop asset strategies, negotiate leases and sales, manage budgets, coordinate renovations, ensure compliance, and report performance. Requirements: 5+ years in real estate or property management, strong negotiation, financial analysis, project management, leadership; bachelor’s degree preferred; proficiency with property management software and local regulations.
