Job Description
We are seeking a Partnership Lead to grow and manage strategic relationships for our short-let apartment portfolio. You will identify and secure partnerships with property owners, travel platforms, and corporate clients, negotiate agreements, coordinate onboarding, and monitor performance to maximize occupancy and revenue. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in business development or partnerships in hospitality/proptech, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a data-driven mindset. Proactive, organized, and comfortable with cross-functional teams.
