Job Description
As Branch Manager at Road Mechanisms Limited, you will lead a disciplined team to deliver trustworthy vehicle services and uphold our standards of excellence, integrity, and care. You will supervise all branch activities—repairs, diagnostics, detailing, sales, inventory, and customer engagement—manage scheduling and performance, monitor daily sales and service output, resolve escalations, enforce quality and punctuality, and work with inventory and finance to control costs. You will drive growth by meeting sales targets, improving retention, and ensuring branch readiness and cleanliness. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, New grad. Pay: ₦75,00–₦130,00/month. Expected start date: 01/12/2025.
