Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Head Waiter to lead our front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth dining operations. Responsibilities include supervising servers, training staff, managing reservations and seating, coordinating with the kitchen, handling guest inquiries and complaints, maintaining service standards, and overseeing opening/closing procedures and inventory control. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and communication skills, 3+ years in fine dining or busy restaurants, knowledge of menus and beverage service, POS proficiency, and a flexible schedule. A professional demeanor and ability to work under pressure are essential.
