Job Description
We are hiring a full-time, permanent Customer Logistics Coordinator to be the company’s face: take orders, manage inquiries (WhatsApp, social media, email, phone), resolve complaints, support logistics, and ensure accurate order processing and records. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with NYSC completed, 2+ years post-NYSC customer support/sales experience, resident in/near Yaba, Lagos, age 24–30, fluent English, laptop/digital skills, willing to work some weekends/public holidays; in-office 23 days/month. Salary: ₦100,00/month.
