Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven BPO Sales Manager to lead sales strategies and grow client accounts in a fast-paced outsourcing environment. You will manage a sales team, develop pipeline, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery and revenue targets. Proven BPO or contact center sales experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills are required. KPI-driven, with the ability to analyze data, forecast sales, and build long-term client relationships. Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ sales management experience preferred.
