Job Description
CAIRO HOSPITAL seeks a Front Desk Receptionist. Responsibilities include greeting patients in person, by phone, and via mail; assisting doctors, staff, visitors, and patients; maintaining inventory and scheduling equipment/repairs; scheduling appointments; liaising between departments with discretion; ensuring confidentiality and adherence to policies; assisting with admissions/treatment protocols; keeping stock levels adequate; and completing accurate patient visit documentation. Required skills: MS Office (especially Excel), customer service, strong communication, phone and mail etiquette, and letter/report writing. Full-time position.
