Job Description
The Business Development Manager at Erecruiter leads revenue growth through client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and high-value sales initiatives. You will identify, qualify, and convert leads, develop targeted sales strategies, explore new markets, and manage the sales pipeline and forecasts. Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, guide onboarding, and act as a trusted advisor. Own revenue targets, monitor performance, and coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional teams. Lead proposal and pitch efforts, overseeing proposal creation and presenting compelling value propositions. Required competencies include proven sales leadership, mentorship of high-performing teams, expert negotiation skills, and exceptional communication for relationship management. Job Type: Full-time.
