Job Description
ALERT MICROFINANCE BANK is seeking a full-time Regional Manager to oversee operations across designated branches. You will monitor and supervise disbursement and recovery activities, ensure compliance and performance targets are met, evaluate industry and market trends to guide regional strategy, and work closely with the Chief Operations Officer to implement operational improvements. The role includes leading branch teams, coaching managers, and preparing regular KPI reports to senior leadership.
