Job Description
Owens and Xley Consults, a Lagos-based recruitment and SME advisory firm, seeks a full-time Human Resources Officer for Lekki and Ikoyi. The role supports recruitment, onboarding, payroll preparation, employee records, attendance and leave monitoring, performance reviews, employee relations, documentation, and compliance across branches. Candidates must hold a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, have 1–2 years of HR experience, strong communication, organizational and documentation skills, knowledge of HR processes and basic labor law, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
