Job Description
Chariot seeks a full-time, permanent Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in person. Responsibilities include calendar and schedule management, call and email handling, accurate meeting notes, time management, errands, travel and event coordination, drafting correspondence, and maintaining confidentiality. Candidates should have strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and time-management skills; OND/HND/BSc or related studies preferred. Prior administrative experience and relevant certifications are advantageous. Compensation starts from ₦80,00/month and varies by experience and location. In-person work at Chariot office; reliable, discreet professionals who can multitask and adapt are encouraged to apply.
