Job Description

Kennedia Consulting seeks an Office Coordinator to manage the reception desk and welcome visitors; answer calls, provide information about InfraCredit’s activities, and direct calls appropriately; maintain visitor and correspondence logs; receive, sort, and file incoming and outgoing mail and packages; keep the front desk tidy and stocked; support office administration including meeting room bookings, conference calls, and event assistance; draft, proofread, and edit correspondence for the CEO and management; monitor and reorder office supplies; oversee office cleanliness and maintenance; and perform other duties as assigned by the Admin Manager. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₦300,00.00 per month.
