Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO with calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, correspondence, and confidential document handling. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of executive support experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, advanced organization, discretion, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. You will streamline schedules, prepare reports, liaise with internal teams, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail are essential.
