Job Description
The Accounts Payable Officer at Khenpro Global Service manages vendor payments, supplier reconciliations, and expense documentation for our confectionery/QSR operations. You will process and match invoices to POs/GRNs, maintain AP aging, prepare payment schedules, reconcile vendor statements, and support month-end closing. Candidates should have an OND/HND/B.Sc in Accounting or Finance, 2–4 years AP experience (FMCG/QSR/manufacturing preferred), ERP proficiency, and strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, SUMIFS). Attention to detail, vendor communication, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. Full-time role; salary ₦170,00–₦200,00/month.
