Job Description
MLO RECRUITMENT AGENCY seeks an experienced Chef skilled in authentic Nigerian dishes and intercontinental cuisine. Accommodation available. Responsibilities include daily meal preparation, menu planning, inventory management, maintaining kitchen hygiene and food safety, and ensuring timely service. Requirements: proven chef experience (minimum 1 year), strong knowledge of Nigerian and international recipes, ability to work independently, efficient pace, and good communication and organizational skills.
