Job Description
Lonadek Global Services seeks a Customer Service Officer based in Yaba, Lagos (Hybrid). As the first point of contact you will greet clients, manage the front desk—answer calls, emails, and correspondence—handle customer inquiries and escalate complex issues, maintain accurate records and databases, and perform administrative tasks such as scheduling and document preparation. Requirements: minimum 2 years’ experience in reception or a similar role and exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Full-time position, work on the road; pay up to ₦250,00 per month.
