Job Description
Phillips OutSourcing seeks an Assistant General Manager to support day-to-day operations of our real estate firm, ensuring efficiency and profitability. You will help manage resources, implement strategic plans, oversee finance, sales, marketing, and HR, mentor department heads, ensure compliance, monitor financial performance, and identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and has 10+ years of experience, including senior management exposure, strong leadership and strategic planning skills, and excellent communication abilities.
