Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead strategy, brand development, and campaign execution. You will plan and manage multi-channel marketing, analyze performance metrics, oversee budgets, and coordinate with sales and creative teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of marketing experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, digital marketing expertise, and proficiency with analytics tools. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred. Responsibilities include setting KPIs, optimizing campaigns, managing agency relationships, and mentoring staff to drive growth and customer acquisition.
