Job Description

First Excelsia Professional Services Limited seeks a Head of Customer Experience (CX) to lead logistics CX in Abuja. Full-time role building and managing a CX team (call center, chat, escalations); defining SLAs for response, resolution and satisfaction; implementing CRM and feedback tools; resolving delivery issues with operations; and developing loyalty and retention programs. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Communications, Marketing or related; 5–7 years in customer service leadership (e‑commerce/logistics); experience with Zoho, Freshdesk, or Zendesk. Annual net pay: N4,800,00.
