Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Personnel to perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on facilities, equipment, and systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues; performing minor carpentry and painting; maintaining tools and inventory; and documenting work orders. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of maintenance experience, basic electrical/mechanical skills, ability to read schematics, and strong problem-solving abilities. Must be physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work flexible hours. Valid driver’s license preferred. Competitive pay and benefits.
