Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Real Estate Advisor to guide clients through property purchases, sales, and investments. Responsibilities include conducting market research, advising on pricing and negotiation, coordinating property viewings, preparing offers and contracts, and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of real estate experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, a valid real estate license, and familiarity with local market trends and CRM tools.
