Job Description
OnIt Innovations Limited – Lagos (On-site/Hybrid). Full-time. The Service Provider Manager will recruit, onboard, and manage a network of trained, verified service providers across categories, ensuring supply availability, service quality, and provider performance. Responsibilities include sourcing and verification, monitoring behavior and availability, resolving provider-related issues, enforcing training and operational standards, and leading wellbeing initiatives. Collaborate closely with Fulfillment, CX, and L&D. Requirements: 2-3 years managing artisans or service providers; strong communication and people-management skills; conflict resolution and performance management; organized, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
